Hi Players recently, I've noticed many players have questions about how to obtain Level 3 Wings. In this guide, I'll explain the creation process in detail.

Condor Feather and Condor Flame

Condor Feather	Condor Flame

Condor Feather is one of the main items needed for wing creation, obtainable from Golden Box (with low rate) or through crafting. Condor Flame, also essential for wing creation, can be acquired from Golden Box (low rate) or as a drop (low rate) in Crywolf map.

What to do?

1. Go to the Chaos Machine located in Noria at coordinates 180,102.



2. Upon arrival, click on the NPC and select the Wings option, then Condor's Feather as shown below:



The following items will be required:

Item	Quantity
Level 2 Wing (any class) +9+4	1
Jewel of Bless	10
Jewel of Soul	10
Jewel of Chaos	1
Jewel of Creation	1
Greater Spirit Stone	1 ~ 10

3. Insert the items into the Chaos Machine and click Create.

Warning: If the process fails, all items will be lost.
- If successful, a Condor Feather will be generated

Level 3 Wing Creation

The procedure is similar to Condor Feather creation, with the difference that you need to select the 3rd Wing option as shown below:



The following items will be required:

Condor Feather	1
Condor Flame	1
Jewel of Bless	30
Jewel of Soul	30
Jewel of Chaos	30
Jewel of Creation	30
Intermediate Spirit Stone	1 ~ 10

Note : Generated wings have no additional options. To enhance them, access the workshop on the official website and select the most suitable attributes for your needs.

Important : The percentage shown in-game doesn't reflect the actual server percentage. The exact rate can be checked on the official website and at the end of this guide.

If the process is successful, a random wing will be generated, otherwise all items will be lost.

Possible wings that can be created include:

Cape of Emperor	Lord Emperor

Chaos Machine Rates

The original rates reported by the game don't match those applied by the server. You can check the actual percentage in the table below or visit the website (https://megamu.net/info).

The success rate depends on several factors, including:

• The level of item used;
  
• The number of attributes on items;
  
• The use of Jewel of Luck.
