Hi,

i have a problem in my account after donation. it keeps me disconnecting to the game whenever i tried to log in.

i tried to delete all my characters and try to make new characters but it says the same thing. i tried to click the activate speed server but it says you have a character. the i delete my character again. then it says you have item on vault. how can i empty my vault when i cant even log in

Our staff has checked your account and you skipped the speed server test period before to get the speed pass.
We already update your account and you can access speed servers now.
